INGREDIENTS

  • 660 g 00 wheat flour
  • 15 g compressed yeast
  • 7 g salt
  • 260 g milk
  • 85 g tomato purée
  • 7 g granulated sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 30 cherry tomatoes
  • 600 g Nutella®

 

 

METHOD

Mix all the ingredients together in a food mixer, finally gradually adding the room temperature butter. Once the mixture is smooth, leave it to rest covered with a cloth for approx. 20 minutes.

Grease the special moulds with the butter, split the dough into three equal parts and place it in the moulds. Cover the moulds and put them into the proving chamber at a temperature of approx. 28°C until they triple in size.

Cook in a pre-heated oven at a temperature of 160°C for approx. 45 minutes. Once they are cooked, remove the lid, turn out and allow them to cool down.

Slice to a thickness of approx. 1.5 cm and then cut the slices into triangles measuring approximately 6 cm on each side. Spread 5 g of Nutella® on the first triangle, place the second triangle onto the first spread triangle and repeat the same process. Decorate with a toothpick and a cherry tomato.
