INGREDIENTS

  • 12 Won Ton Wrappers (4x4)
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 3 ⅛ tbsp. Rapeseed Oil
  • 4 Medium Bananas
  • 260 g Nutella®

 

PREPARATION

Whisk the egg with 30 ml water.

Cut the bananas into quarters.

Brush the edges of the won ton wrapper with egg wash.

Place 20 g of Nutella® and some banana in the centre of the won ton wrapper.

Deep fry at 180 °C until golden brown, remove from the fryer.
