INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Kg plain yogurt
  • 250g Nutella®
  • 12 graham crackers, crumbled
  • 180 ml toasted hazelnut, pureed into powder form
  • 12 strawberry wedges for garnish

 

 

PROCEDURE:

Place graham cracker crumbs on the bottom of parfait glass.

Top the graham cracker crumbs with 85 g of plain yogurt.

Layer 21 g of Nutella® over the yogurt.

Top Nutella® with toasted hazelnut powder.

Garnish rim of parfait with a strawberry wedge.
