Ferrero Brings a Touch of Luxury  to Special Occasions

With Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and New Year’s Eve highlighted as the most popular days of the year to dine out*, special occasions provide a significant opportunity for operators to boost profits. As UK diners now spend over £49 billion on food and drink out of home each year**, operators can benefit from the consumer popularity of the Ferrero pralines range to increase the appeal of their desserts during those all-important celebrations.

Showcasing the individual flavours of Ferrero Rocher, Raffaello and Rondnoir, the renowned Italian chef has designed each dessert around the key occasions of the year. From Valentine’s Day with a Chocolate & Coconut Sphere – which reveals two Raffaello pralines when melted with a hot raspberry sauce – to a Raspberries & Passion Fruit Tartlette with Rondnoir for Mother’s Day.

The White Chocolate and Coconut Sphere with Raffaello is an ideal sharing dessert for Valentine’s Day, whilst the Pistachio Glazed Ciambella with Ferrero Rocher works well for Easter and the Bergamot Cream with Raffaello brings together all the tastes of summer in a martini glass.”

The new recipes have been created by Francesco Mazzei as the Chef Patron of Fuime, Sartoria and Radici and is the first time the iconic Ferrero Rocher, Raffaello and Rondnoir has been celebrated with their own desserts, opening up opportunities for operators to make occasions extra special.
