HOW TO STORE PRALINES
Avoid excessive changes in temperature during the transportation and storage of the product. Prolonged exposure to temperatures above 22°C may damage the structure and organoleptic properties.
The product should be stored away from strong smelling products - such as cheese, perfumes, and aromas - as they may affect the taste of the product.
We recommend storing Pralines in a cool, dry place (18°-22°C). Temperatures below 16°C do not affect the quality of the product, but may diminish the perception of taste and fragrance of the ingredients. Ferrero does not advise keeping pralines in cold storage as low temperatures can modify the organoleptic perception of the product and alter the taste. Should you be required to store the pralines in refrigerator storage, due to unfavourable environmental conditions, it is important to protect them by storing in an airtight container.
Please store the product away from heat sources (ovens, toasters, grills, cash registers, refrigerators, hot air, radiators) and out of direct sunlight (windows - halogen spotlights). Depending on the amount of exposure, the product quality may be affected.
It is advisable to avoid exposing the product to humidity exceeding 60% which could alter the structure and the fragrance of the product.
