Yields: 12 Sliders
INGREDIENTS
For Sliders:
- 12 ea. Coconut Slider Buns, Ready To Eat
For Filling:
- 12 strips bacon, pre-cooked, Ready To Eat
- 4 ea. bananas, fresh
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups Butterfinger® Pieces
- 1 cup whipped heavy cream, chilled
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Method:
In a mixer, combine the heavy cream with powdered sugar and whip until soft peaks form. Slice bananas into thin slices and set aside. With a small spatula, spread the peanut butter evenly on both buns, and fill the buns with a dollop of whipped cream. Apply the Butterfinger® sliced banana and bacon to the bottom bun and top off with the other bun. Lightly dust with powdered sugar and serve.
