Yields: 12 Sliders


For Sliders:

  • 12 ea. Coconut Slider Buns, Ready To Eat

For Filling:

  • 12 strips bacon, pre-cooked, Ready To Eat
  • 4 ea. bananas, fresh
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups Butterfinger® Pieces
  • 1 cup whipped heavy cream, chilled
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar


In a mixer, combine the heavy cream with powdered sugar and whip until soft peaks form. Slice bananas into thin slices and set aside. With a small spatula, spread the peanut butter evenly on both buns, and fill the buns with a dollop of whipped cream. Apply the Butterfinger® sliced banana and bacon to the bottom bun and top off with the other bun. Lightly dust with powdered sugar and serve.
