Famous Amos® Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 - 24 oz. Tub Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream 
  • 1 pt. Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ½ cup Chocolate Fudge Sauce
  • 1 cup Famous Amos® Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies, chopped
  • 6 ea. Famous Amos® Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies, whole
  • 1 - 9” Keebler® Ready Crust® Chocolate Pie Crusts (XUS7231)

Method:

In a mixer with a whip attachment, whip cream at medium high speed until soft peaks form and set aside.  Remove ice cream from freezer and let soften at room temperature. Working quickly, scoop ice cream into the chocolate pie crust, making it higher in the center of the pie.  Fill with ½ cup Famous Amos® Chocolate Chip Cookie pieces.  Using a piping bag fitted with a star tip, pipe the whipped cream in a tall swirl on top of the cookie pieces, making it higher in the center of the pie.  Top with 6 – whole mini cookies and drizzle with chocolate fudge sauce.  Return the pie to the freezer to firm up before slicing.
