- Prepare the whipped cream: in a very cold bowl, whisk the whipped cream and the sugar. Pour into a piping bag fitted with a French tip and set aside in the fridge.
- Using a piping bag, pipe Nutella three quarters of the way up the cup.
- Pour a hot espresso into the cup.
- Pour hot milk into the cup, until it comes close to the rim.
- Pipe the whipped cream on top.
- You can decorate with an extra drizzle of Nutella on the whipped cream.
