Cappuccino with Nutella®

2 oz. hot espresso
8.5 oz. of hot milk
0.5 oz. of Nutella
10 oz. of whole liquid cream
0.5 oz. of sugar

  • Prepare the whipped cream: in a very cold bowl, whisk the whipped cream and the sugar. Pour into a piping bag fitted with a French tip and set aside in the fridge.
     
  • Using a piping bag, pipe Nutella three quarters of the way up the cup.
     
  • Pour a hot espresso into the cup.
     
  • Pour hot milk into the cup, until it comes close to the rim.
     
  • Pipe the whipped cream on top.
     
  • You can decorate with an extra drizzle of Nutella on the whipped cream.
