Rolled Crepes with Nutella®

Yield: 8 servings

1 cup flour
2-1/8 cups cold milk
0.7 oz. sugar
1/4 cup melted butter + some butter for the pan 
1 pinch of salt
2 oz. Nutella

  • In a bowl mix the flour, salt and sugar. Add the eggs and mix. 
     
  • Blend until the mixture thickens, add the milk and the melted butter. Mix until the batter is smooth. Cover it and let it rest for 30min. 
     
  • Melt a tbs of butter in a pan, then pour a ladle of batter and spread it well in the pan, cook it on both sides.
     
  • Let the crepes cool down, spread the Nutella, roll them and cut them on little sections. Serve them on skewers.
