Pre heat oven to 325 degrees F. Unwrap cookie dough and hold at room temperature. Pinch off 18 - 2 oz. pieces and roll into a ball. Flatten each ball into ½” thickness and place on a sheet pan lined with bakers’ parchment.
Bake cookies for 6 to 8 minutes or until slightly golden. Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Top 9 cookies with blueberry frosting and 9 cookies with mint frosting. Top each cookie with a sprinkle of non Pareils and a chocolate dino.
