mini belgian waffle with nutella®

Yields: 12 Mini Waffles 2 oz. each


For Belgian Waffle:

  • 12 ea. Ready-To-Eat Belgian waffles, Liège style, mini

For Dipping:

  • 8 oz. Nutella, warmed to 88 degrees oF


In a small pot, warm the Nutella® until 85 degrees F. Dip each waffle into the Nutella®, covering ½ of the waffle. Place the dipped waffle on a sheet pan covered in baker’s parchment and put in fridge until set. Lightly dust with powdered sugar if desired
