mini-focaccias with nutella®
All year round
Ingredients for 10 portions
1 portion: 2 mini-focaccias
- 5 5/8 cups plain flour
- 2 ½ tsp salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 7 tsp brewer’s yeast
- 1 ¾ cup warm water
- ½ cup NUTELLA®
- Coarse salt, as required
HOW TO MAKE
Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
Add the flour and salt to a food mixer, followed by 1 1/3 oz of olive oil and the dissolved yeast, and mix until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to
a thickness of approx. ½ in. Cover with a clean cloth and leave to rise for approx. 1 hour.
Before baking drizzle some olive oil over the top and sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake in the oven at 425°F for 20 minutes.
Leave to cool and fill with ½ oz of NUTELLA® per portion.
